Our first SSS event of the season was held at Zuma Beach tower 12 for our High School
division LA-SB. Zuma is a long beach break with fun sandbars up and down the beach. Lucky
there was a fun 2 to 3 foot south swell offering some fun corners. There was some patchy fog
that cleared up late morning and a light onshore wind in the afternoon. All schools were ripping,
but it was Malibu White at their home break that smashed the team point total with a total of 61
team points. Thanks to the parents and coaches, we look forward to a great season.
