Oceanside South Jetty delivered an early Christmas present to our San Diego Middle School Division 2 teams.  With the wind howling offshore all day, it kept the 3 to 4 foot waves in perfect form.  Double honors go to Ellah Campagna from Pacific Beach bringing home the wins in both Girls Shortboard and Girls Longboard.  Will ‘Tex’ Mitchell from Oceanside South took the win in Boys Shortboard while Steven Leste from Oceanside North took the win in Bodyboard.  In Boys Longboard it was Aidan Mooney from Valley taking home the honors.  The leader board kept changing all day in the team competition but it was Pacific Beach that came out on top with the team win at the end of the day.  Our next event for SDMS Div 2 will be on Sunday, January 27, 2018 at La Jolla Shores.  SSS wishes everyone a Happy Holiday Season, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year filled with lots of good weather and great waves.

follow the loop West.
Go left towards South Harbor Jetty
The contest will be on the beach at Parking Lot 10.

Parking is $8 per day or free parking in the back lot under train bridge.
