SCHOLASTIC SURF SERIES
DIVISION 5 HIGH SCHOOL SURFING
MARCH 8, 2015 – OCEAN BEACH
It was the final event of the season for Division 5 High School Surf Teams and a Division Title on the line for St. Augustine/Our Lady of Peace and Classical Academy. Both teams arrived to find some 2 to 3 foot waves with great shape and very contestable conditions. It was Saints who emerged the victor with a 49 to 44 win over Classical Academy. But it was the Classical Academy Womens Shortboard girls who claimed the 5 & 0 undefeated title while also tying with Granite Hills Womens Longboard for an undefeated season. High Tech Mens Shortboard team claimed the 5 & 0 undefeated season victory. Congratulations to all the teams for a great fun filled season. All the team and individual ratings will be posted on the SSS website.
