The Scholastic Surf Series a division of the Western Surfing Assoc. (WSA) completed event #
3 of the San Diego Middle School Div 1 surf season at Army Navy Academy. It was a great
weekend for waves and weather with surf in the 3 to 4 foot range and glassy, summer like
