Another great event to start off the New Year 2024 for our ORCO Middle School Surf teams.  After a few weeks of cold and rain it was a welcomed sunny day with some fun surf in the 3-5 foot range with offshore conditions. The Division 1 finals did not disappoint with a 10 point and 9.5 scores being dropped by Tanner Sandvig and Noah Lavik from Shorecliffs. Brandon Bullock, Marco Forster took 3rd in the Boys Shortboard.  In Division 2 the Boys Shortboard was all Shorecliffs Red and White team. Leif Johansson, Vista Del Mar claimed the victory in Boys Longboard. The coveted Double Double award went to Liv Caldwell from Shorecliffs taking the win in Girls Shortboard and Girls Longboard.  Thanks to all the teams for their participation.

Directions:
From the 5 Fwy exit Oceanside Harbor Drive
follow the loop West.
Go left towards South Harbor Jetty.  Follow the street until it dead ends at Parking Lot 10.
The contest will be on the beach.

Parking is $10 per day or free parking in the back lot under train bridge.
