SDHS DIVISION 3
The second event of the season was a home run in surfing and we could not have asked for better conditions. The surf was clean and firing with 3-4 foot offshore conditions in the morning turning side shore in the afternoon and then glassed off to end the day. Sage Creek dominated the finals taking first in every division followed closely by Woodrow Wilson and La Costa Canyon. Tim Fandey from Sage Creek was on fire laying down two 9’s and a 10 in the final and taking his second win of the season. Team mates Noah Hogle took his second win in Mens Longboard while Sofia Todd took her second Double Double award in Womens Shortboard & Longboard. Preston Dau once again dominated in the Bodyboard Division with his second win of the season. Congrats to all the teams that came out and stuck around during the Thanksgiving break. Happy Thanksgiving from our team at Scholastic Surf Series. See you at our next event December 17 & 18 at Avalanche in Ocean Beach.
