The SSS LA-SB section had an awesome Saturday at Ventura Fair Grounds. It was cold and off shore first thing in the morning, but by the afternoon it was in the upper 70s, glassy, and pumping. With a tone of sand on the point and some perfect 4 to 5 foot surf the waves were absolutely pumping. Despite all the free surfers the Middle School surfers were getting amazing long rides down the point. All the teams were ripping, but in the end it was Malibu White who ran away with the win totaling 260 team points over Cabrillo with 239.
