Oceanside Harbor, So Jetty – Dec 10, 2022

The calm before the storm allowed us to get at least one SDMS event done before the storm hit on Sunday morning.  Very cold weather when we arrived at the beach, it was 47 degrees.  The kids couldn’t wait to check in for their heats to get in the water where it was much warmer.  Good conditions throughout the morning with some wind and drained out tides in the afternoon.  All in all it was some clean 2-3 foot waves on tap for the event.  Oak Crest took the Overall Team win as well as 1st place in BSB, GSB followed by Valley with titles in BLB and GLB while Correa took home the first place medal in Coed Bodyboard. The SSS Team wishes everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday Season.  See you next year in 2023.
