It was nice to see so many smiling faces on Saturday morning with the kids eager to get into competition mode.  After two cancellations and with only one competition so far this season we were all eager to finally get this division under way.  Wasting no time, Shorecliffs was back on top with 6 boys shortboard in the final and taking the win in all divisions except Girls Shortboard which was Cascia Collings (Marco Forster) and Bodyboard Seth Lyon (Niguel Hills).  Kai McPhillips (Shorecliffs) was the outstanding surfer of the event taking the win in both Boys Shortboard and Boys Longboard.  Taylor Stacy (Shorecliffs) took the win in Girls Longboard.  In Division 2 it was Shorecliffs taking 1st in all divisions.  Boys Shortboard, Ryder Salberg; Boys Longboard, Tommy Coleman; Girls Shortboard, Julia Guild; Girls Longboard, Ragan Berg.
